XAPOが使えない理由が判明！

どうやら匿名の場合、カードのlife time paymentが決まっているらしく、以下の様なmailを受領しました。

You're getting constant declines with your card because you've reached the lifetime limit set for the card. You can check the full list of spending limits here.

However, we can quickly upgrade your debit card. In order to do this, I kindly ask you to provide a copy of an official document and a proof of residence for the address tied to your card.

Acceptable ID documents:
 *  License Copy
 *  Passport Copy
 *  Government Issued ID card

Acceptable proof of residence documents:
*  Any Utility bill
*  Credit Card bill
*  Monthly bank account statement

It is important that the proof of residence is in your name, and that the date on the document does not exceed 3 months from today.

ということで早速limitを外すべく、必要書類を送ろうと思います。

しかし、住所を英語で証明するとなると難しいですね。
